Elly joined the Trust in October 2024 as People Director, leading the Trusts people strategy and championing a values-led culture across the organisation.

With extensive experience across multi-academy trusts (MATs), education and the NHS, Elly has a strong track record in strategic workforce planning, leadership, organisational development (OD), employee relations, and people policy and governance.

Elly is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion, talent development, and creating psychologically safe workplaces where colleagues can thrive.

Elly is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD), holds a law degree with a specialism in business, and has a CMI Level 7 qualification in Strategic Leadership and Management.

Outside of work, Elly is a trustee of a local wildlife charity and is a mother of two daughters.
