Victoria joined Skinners’ Academies Trust as CFOO in March 2026. She was previously Director of Finance and Operations at The John Wallis Church of England Academy, and prior to that worked for The Pathway Academy Trust, including project managing its merger with The Galaxy Trust to form The Golden Thread Alliance. Before moving into the education sector, Victoria was a programme manager with Tesco Head Office and had been on the graduate scheme at P&G. 

Victoria feels strongly that every child deserves an excellent education and range of opportunities, so her vision for the finance and operations role is to enable schools to have the resources that they need for pupils to learn and thrive in safe, inclusive, vibrant environments. 

Outside of work, Victoria’s three children and dog keep her busy. She is an avid reader, keen traveller, and a reluctant runner - and in her (limited) free time also enjoys baking and serving in her local church.
